XMi provides executive leadership to Tennessee corporations through its Executive Management Division. XMi places a chief executive officer into these companies who is accountable to the companies’ board of directors. The XMi executivei sets the strategic direction, creates acquisition opportunities for growth, oversees the fiscal operations, including preparing financial reports and analysis, manages the implementation of technology, and works to develop new markets and customers. Working with XMi ’s Human Resource Management Division, XMi Human Resource Solutions, XMi administers the payroll, health insurance, benefit plans, workman’s compensation insurance, and retirement plans for these agencies.

XMi provides not-for-profit facility management through its behavioral health and social services company, XMi Social Enterprises , offering executive leadership services to 501(c)3 non-profit organizations as well as proprietary social services organizations. XMi places an “executive director” into each agency. This executive is completely responsible to and held accountable by a volunteer board of directors. Primarily for this role, XMi sets the strategic direction for the agencies it manages, creates and manages to the agencies’ budget, and develops new revenue sources through developing new programs, or grants, or charitable solicitations. XMi also orchestrates any technology consulting or implementation. Working with XMI ’s Human Resources Management Division, XMi Human Resource Solutions, XMi administers the payroll, health insurance, benefit plans, workman’s compensation insurance, and retirement plans for these agencies.

XMi provides association management through XMi Association Management, offering a complete outsource solution for volunteer professional and trade associations. XMi manages the governance, membership, conventions and meetings, composition and editing of newsletters and other communications, financial reporting and audits for all of the groups it manages. In addition, this company provides lobbying efforts in the state capitol, as well as offers public relations services, continuing education courses, and all of the technology resources, including web site hosting and web development. XMi Association Management currently manages and serves over 8,000 members and growing.

XMi provides group benefits, human resources consulting, and professional employer organization management through XMi Human Resource Solutions. As a Tennessee-licensed professional employer organization, XMi Human Resource Solutions administers the payroll, benefits, insurance, tax deposits, and retirement plans for over 50 Tennessee businesses that employ over 500 people in and around the state of Tennessee.

XMi provides property management, commercial real estate brokerage & leasing services as well as tenant representation through XMi Commercial Real Estate, while currently managing over 1 million square feet of real estate property.

XMi provides information technology management through XMi Technology, offering a full line of information technology services including network installation and maintenance, hardware and software procurement, troubleshooting (call center), web hosting and design, custom programming in any language, and computer security. XMi Technology has provided over 250 client engagements and at any one time handles about 60 individual clients throughout Tennessee and Kentucky.

XMi provides capital financing & leasing through XMi Financial Services, LLC as well as general capital financing to local businesses within the Middle Tennessee Region. Working as an administrator, XMi Financial Services provides the best solutions to all types of financing needs, offering such services as credit approval, documentation and check processing for the leased equipment as well as customer service of the accounts.
