XMi Research & Development

In addition to all of the various entrepreneurial management services we provide, XMi continually monitors and explores new and innovative ways to both improve and expand its capabilities and services to its clients. Currently, XMi's research & development focus addresses the social as well as health and human services needs and problems of communities.

Through research, privatization conceptualizations, and proprietary partnerships with nationally known foundations and other social enterprise organizations, XMi. is striving to produce effective programs and solutions that will make a difference in our world and ultimately improve quality of life. These initiatives include designing state-of-the-art facilities for the new generation of Head Start, care for our senior citizens in an innovative Alzheimer facility, and experimental programs for rehabilitating troubled youth and teens.
