How does XMi Purchasing Partners’ Group Purchasing Program work?
Our Group Purchasing Program is easy as 1-2-3. 

STEP 1
An evaluation is conducted by an XMi Purchasing Partners’ Purchasing Analyst who will work with the purchasing and/or accounting departments of each potential new member to understand the organization’s purchasing and supply chain needs and habits. This process will help us determine areas that have the greatest potential for improvement and savings, allowing the business to operate more effectively and efficiently.

STEP 2
A FREE Cost Analysis is provided on all areas identified as potential areas of improvement. This sampling analysis will determine how much potential savings will be gained by becoming an XMI Purchasing Partner member and by utilizing our participating vendor contract(s). XMi Purchasing Partners has negotiated preferred pricing for our members from a variety of quality vendors.

STEP 3
Once the potential new member has been presented the Savings Analysis and decides that becoming an XMi Purchasing Partners’ member is the best avenue for their operation’s purchasing needs, then the XMi Purchasing Partners’ Purchasing Analyst will assist the new member in completing a member application and setting up the contract(s) that are needed for their operation. From that point on, the new member will manage their own account with the vendor(s), but will always have the back-up and support of the XMi Purchasing Partners’ Team.
