For the last seven years, the above mentioned facility achieved perfect scores on state inspections and perfect compliance scores twice on every three year national accreditation audit.
• Involved in seven projects that included development, design, construction, startups, and overall management of social service facilities and agencies.

• Received the 2005 E.R. Cass Award, the highest achievement award presented by the American Correctional Association at the ACA National Congress. Master’s degree in psychology and sociology and a bachelor’s in criminology, additional training and experience in working with special populations
