XMi Association Management, headquartered in a modern office environment with state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technology, provides telephone answering, processing of inquiries, processing of membership applications, mailing list maintenance, referrals, correspondence and file/records storage. Our conference room is available, by reservation, for board and committee meetings.

Certification Programs

Extensive experience with professional certification provides invaluable assistance, whether you are implementing or updating a certification program. We coordinate credentialing, exam committee activities, test preparation, examination location logistics and exam scoring. Furthermore, we work closely with psychometricians and testing services to develop job content analyses, test development and statistical analyses. XMi Association Management’s certification clients strive to meet the standards set by the National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA).

Conferences

Perhaps the most visible test of an association’s ability to serve its members is the annual conference. We provide every conference service including program development, attendee registration, contract negotiations, exhibitor relations, on-site liaison with hotels (and other involved groups), as well as promotional support, i.e., printed programs, visual aids and media coverage. These range from individual communications with legislators to the creation of comprehensive advocacy programs for grassroots member involvement.
